I really like this brand of cake drums. They have always been consistent with their product no matter what size I get. The only thing I would change is the seam at the top edge of the drum. They are greaseproof on 99% of the drum but if you accidentally smear some buttercream over that seam that surrounds the entire edge, the grease soaks right in and and stains the drum. I always have to be extra careful using these so that doesn’t happen.
